17 cm Bread Plate – Antico Doccia – Richard Ginori

Doccia is an extraordinary place, a wonderland where, in 1735, the artistic and entrepreneurial vision of Marquis Carlo Ginori gave birth to the historic Manifattura, the factory of “white gold.” Our home. Since that moment, the Antico Doccia form has made an indelible contribution to defining our deepest essence—what makes us who we are and identifies us worldwide as a house of excellence in pure porcelain and design. A curved line and a profile inspired by late-Barocco Florentine silverware: these are the ingenious yet simple elements that still make the Antico Doccia a style that has never been old, never been new—timeless. You can recognize it on plates, tureens, and all the other works of art made of pure white porcelain that bear this name. A simple white, a pure white that feels like coming home—to a place that’s all our own and never grows old.
