Owner

Grigoletti Home S.A.S. di Grigoletti Luca & C., Via Madonna 22, 37026 Pescantina (VR), VAT No. 02306730231. Email: info@grigolettihome.it. Our privacy policy also applies to all matters concerning personal data.

What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser to remember information from one page to another or from one visit to the next. Similar tools include scripts, pixels, and requests to third-party servers, which—even without saving cookies—may receive technical data such as your IP address. On this page, we treat them all the same.

Categories and Legal Basis

  • Essential: These are necessary to ensure the store operates securely, to remember your shopping cart, your login to the customer area, your language and currency settings, to complete payments, and to remember your cookie preferences. They do not require consent (Article 122 of the Privacy Code and the Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines of June 10, 2021) and cannot be disabled.
  • Statistics: These help us understand how the site is used and which channels orders come from, using aggregated data. They are activated only with your consent. Google Analytics is configured in basic mode: no requests are sent to Google Analytics before consent is given.
  • Marketing: These cookies measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and allow us to show you relevant ads and communications on other websites, on social media, and via email. They are activated only with your consent.
  • Preferences: These remember choices you’ve made on the site, such as third-party embedded content (videos, maps) that you’ve authorized. They are enabled only with your consent. If no service currently uses this category, it will not appear in the table below.

Services and Cookies Used on This Site

The list below is generated based on the site’s configuration and is updated whenever the services change. The durations are those specified by the providers, who may change them. For each provider, you’ll find a link to its privacy policy.

Payments are processed through Stripe (credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, EPS, Przelewy24) and PayPal. Card fields are provided by Stripe; Klarna, PayPal, and bank transfers will redirect you to the provider’s page or your bank’s page. To ensure transaction security and prevent fraud, these providers may use their own cookies, which are necessary for the payment process and governed by their respective privacy policies (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna).

The currency in which you see prices (euro, U.S. dollar, British pound, Swiss franc, Australian dollar, Japanese yen, Canadian dollar, United Arab Emirates dirham) is stored in the store session—that is, in the ” wp_woocommerce_session_* ” cookie listed above—without the use of dedicated cookies.

How You Make Choices and How You Change Your Mind

On your first visit, a bar at the bottom of the page asks you to choose between “Accept All,” “Reject,” and “Preferences” to decide on a category-by-category basis. Closing the bar with the X is equivalent to rejecting. Until you make a choice, only the necessary services will be enabled. Your choice applies to all languages on the site.

Your selection is saved in your browser for 6 months (cookie da_consent); we will ask you to confirm it later. We may also ask you to confirm it sooner if there are significant changes to the services we offer or to this policy.

You can change your mind or withdraw your consent at any time—just as easily as you gave it—by clicking the “Cookie Preferences” link at the bottom of each page or here:

The withdrawal of consent takes effect from that moment onward and does not render prior actions unlawful.

Global Privacy Control Signal

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of marketing cookies: they remain disabled even if you select “Accept All,” and the bar will notify you of this. You can still enable them if you wish, but only through the “Marketing” category toggle in your preferences.

Record of Choices

In order to demonstrate consent, as required by the GDPR (Art. 7.1), we log each selection with the following data: a random identifier, date and time, the version of this policy and the list of services, the categories accepted or rejected, the IP address (truncated and hashed), a browser fingerprint (hash), and the page where you made your selection. None of this data is stored in plain text. The records are automatically deleted after 13 months.

Technical Compliance Inspections

To verify that no unnecessary services start before you make your selection, based on a sample of visits (1 visit out of 50), and only before you make your selection, the site sends the names of the cookies present and the addresses of the resources loaded from external servers to its own server. It does not send cookie values, identifiers, or browser data. The IP address is used solely—in encrypted form—to limit the number of requests.

Transfers Outside the European Union

Some providers (Google, Meta, Stripe, and PayPal) may process data in the United States. These transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, to which the providers adhere, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Details can be found in the providers’ privacy policies, which are linked in the table.

Browser and App Settings

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. If you block all cookies, your shopping cart, customer account, and checkout may not work properly. If you delete the cookie da_consent, the browser will ask you to confirm your choice again.

If you open this site from the Facebook or Instagram app, the app’s built-in browser may load Meta’s own scripts, regardless of this site and the choices you make here. To prevent this, open the link in your phone’s browser.

Your Rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection, filing a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, and other rights regarding personal data are described in the privacy policy.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the services used or the regulations change. The date at the top indicates the most recent revision. If the changes are significant, the bar will ask you to confirm your choice again.
