Ichendorf Milano Desert Plants: The Magic of Nature in Borosilicate Glass
The Desert Plants collection, designed by Alessandra Baldereschi for Ichendorf Milano, transforms every sip into a poetic experience. This iconic series brings the evocative colors and shapes of the desert to the table: small cacti, delicate flowers, and succulents come to life within glasses, carafes, and accessories, creating a natural microcosm of extraordinary elegance.
Each piece is crafted from the highest-quality borosilicate glass, lampworked and hand-shaped. The glass’s absolute transparency contrasts with the colorful details of the figurative elements inside, making each object a one-of-a-kind piece of artisanal design.
Why choose the Desert Plants series?
-
Unique Design: Each glass features a small, handmade colored glass sculpture, making the table setting dynamic and original.
-
Durability and Transparency: Borosilicate glass is not only lightweight and clear, but also extremely resistant to thermal shock.
-
Collecting: The variety of subjects (Saguaro cacti, pink flowers, green plants) inspires you to create mixed sets for a creative table setting that’s never boring.
-
Unique Gift Idea: Perfect for anyone looking for an original gift, the Desert Plants glasses are affordable design pieces that add a touch of style to any space.
