Description
1. Start by pouring room-temperature water into the Moka Pot’s boiler and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level to avoid ending up with coffee that’s too watery.
2. Now choose your favorite ground coffee blend. Warning! The blend must be ground specifically for a Moka pot—not too fine. Generously fill the Moka pot’s funnel without packing the coffee down.
3. Place the coffee pot on the heat source; if using an open flame, make sure it doesn’t extend beyond the edge of the pot. If using an induction, electric, or glass-ceramic cooktop, do not use the highest setting. When the coffee has completely risen into the upper chamber, turn off the heat.
4. Now comes the crucial moment: the taste. To best savor all the released aromas, we recommend drinking the coffee as soon as it’s poured into the espresso cup. Cleaning instructions:
The Bialetti Moka Induction should be rinsed with water only after use. Do not use detergents. Do not wash the product in the dishwasher, as this could damage it and alter the taste of the coffee.
With the Bialetti Moka Induction, tradition meets innovation.
