Bialetti’s Mini Express is the original coffee pot that not only brews great coffee but also serves it directly into two espresso cups that are warmed—thanks to the special aluminum base—by the gentle heat of the Moka Pot.
With this exclusive take on the Mini Express, Bialetti celebrates Magritte’s talent with a touch of light surrealism among the clouds.
The Mini Express brews coffee for two people.
Always place the two shot glasses inside when you want to make coffee.

The coffee pot is not suitable for use on an induction cooktop; we recommend using an induction cooktop adapter.

How to Make Coffee:
1. Remove the espresso cup holder from the top of the coffee pot by turning the boiler clockwise, being careful not to pry on the column.
2. Fill the boiler with cold water, making sure the water level does not exceed the safety valve opening.
3. Insert the funnel-shaped filter into the boiler.
4. Fill the funnel-shaped filter with ground coffee for a Moka Pot without pressing it down, taking care not to leave any coffee grounds on the rim of the coffee pot.
5. Attach the cup holder base to the boiler by turning the boiler counterclockwise and closing it firmly—but not too hard—avoiding applying leverage to the spout.
6. Place the coffee pot on the heat source with the espresso cups positioned under the spout on the cup holder; if using an open flame, ensure it does not extend beyond the edge of the coffee pot. If using an electric or glass-ceramic cooktop, do not use the highest heat setting.
Cleaning instructions:
The Bialetti Mini Express should be rinsed with water only after use.
Do not use detergents.
The product should not be washed in the dishwasher, as this could damage it and thereby affect the taste of the coffee.
